Upgrade Your iPhone/iPad eBible App

by colin on March 2, 2012

To our iPhone/iPad users,

Many of you experienced significant crash problems with our previous release (1.2). We apologize deeply for this huge inconvenience and understand how frustrating it was to not access your notes/highlights on your device.  A bug fix was submitted to Apple last week. They finally approved it a few hours ago.

Please go ahead and upgrade your eBible app to the latest version (1.2.1) via the App Store. Again, we’re so sorry about this and thank you so much for your patience.

On a side note, iPad users can now use eBible with LANDSCAPE mode. You can read two pages at a time, simulating a better book-reading experience given the iPad’s larger screen. We hope you’ll enjoy this latest upgrade and look forward to your feedback. Thanks.

Hi, I love taking the Bible with me, but even my laptop is clumbersume. I have several programs on my Syvania Tablet, but they are very hard to navigate. The normal App’s that of Bible programs for tablets and phones and ipads don’t work and I don’t have the money to buy the fancy tablet’s. I would like to find a KJV Bible program for the Syvania Tablet that will work and also to down load Bible study Books like Strong’s, commentary’s, dictionarys to take with me on my Tablet. thank you in advance.. God Bless His Choosen people Israel, May the light of His Holy Wisdom open the eyes of all the Jewish in the world and then the lost world.

Ebible will not go full screen in landscape mode on asus tablet anymore why? Did this happen because of an update or something?

Hi Matthew. We encountered some bugs and disabled landscape mode until we got the bugs fixed. A new version should be coming out any day now that will re-enable landscape mode. Sorry for the inconvenience and confusion.

Hi,
I’m wondering when/if you will have available the “voice lookup” for iPad. It would be so wonderful for so many of us.
Respectfully Submitted,
Don Nassen

It’s coming in a week or so. Getting held up in Apple right now due to their approval process (every app in app store must be manually reviewed and approved by Apple).

Hi guys I have just moved from the android market and looking for a Bible study app, and this one looks almost perfect. I love your app but could ONLY find M.Henry’s Concise commentary available. I would like M.Henry’s entire commentary and a couple more. Do you have such available for the iPhone? If not when might you?

Hi. Yes we plan to have many more commentaries coming. It’s just taking a while because we have to manually convert every single commentary and this takes a long time to do so.
